All three cinemas of this year's 12th Mediterranean Film Festival Split were opened last night with all the screenings being sold out. An excellent audience response should not be missed today as there are several film festivals treats perfect for Saturday evening.

As part of 12th edition of Mediterranean Film Festival Split, a meeting was held on Friday, June 14, with Vera Matković from the Ministry of Culture and Chris Marcich, Director of Croatian Audiovisual centre, along with Alen Munitić, the president of Cinema network.

This year's Mediterranean Film Festival Split opened with premiere screening of Croatian short film Film "Dok je trajao Roland Garros" by Snježana Tribuson, followed by Italian feature film "Piranhas" awarded in Berlin, starting its regular distribution after the premiere in Split.
