“From Friday to Friday”, a somewhat forgotten 1985 film by director Antun Vrdoljak, as a part of the 100th anniversary celebration of the birth of Miljenko Smoje, who had written the film's script, is getting a new - digital life.

After its first screening at Black Nights in Tallinn, an A category festival where it also won a special award from the jury for direction, the film “Pelican” by Filip Heraković will have its Croatian premiere at FMFS on 16 June.

Ever since its inception, the FMFS audience has loved the films coming from the Iberian Peninsula, and after several years of creative and production crisis - the Spaniards are returning to our festival with a bang.

The season of enjoying the movies outdoor starts this Friday in the unique setting of the Bačvice Open-Air Cinema, with the winner of last year's Mediterranean Film Festival Split, the great Moroccan film "Life Suits Me Well" by the director and screenwriter Al Hadi Ulad-Mohand.
