Split Nomad Gallery, in cooperation with Mediterranean Film Festival Split, is proud to present the first edition of NoMAD MOVIE ART - Film classics through the eyes of local authors.

This year, we invited 14 designers and illustrators to interpret film classics such as Blade Runner, Amarcord, and All That Jazz in a form of an art print. The authors were given only one requirement – their designs need to instantly allude to the film they are interpreting.

The rest is up to play, so you can only imagine our excitement as we anticipate the first viewing of these new interpretations of some of our favorite cult movies. There will be a variety of media, from graphic design and illustration to photography and typography. A perfect formula for diverse and original content, a sight for sore eyes.
Signed limited edition posters will be exhibited and available for purchase as part of the festival at the Open Air Cinema Bačvice.

In addition to the exhibition, we will hang out with Split Nomads at kids’ workshops, as well as informal get-togethers before and after film screenings.
