The Croatian National Theater Split and the Mediterranean Film Festival Split are starting a collaboration in the new theater season with the program "Cinema in the Theater," which will take place once a month.

On February 25 we will screen Oscar nominee from Germany: Teacher's Lounge directed by Ilker Çatak.

After a successful premiere at the Berlinale, this year’s German Oscar contender and absolute winner of the German Film Awards is coming to the big screen. Director İlker Çatak is arriving with a fascinating drama about the idealistic high school teacher Carla, who takes on an investigative role when one of the students is accused of theft. In her desire to protect the student and discover the truth, Carla soon finds herself in hot water.
